Easter pictures

Riley has a halloween bag, he wanted it. Good thing as you can see more eggs then kids. He scored. Can you say candy??

I'm so behind posting my Easter stuff .Cody was away easter weekend at a priesthood campout. So I took the kids to Mckinney for an Easter egg hunt. Dylan my oldest didn't want to go. Blaze ended up sleeping when the egg hunt took place but we did try to get a picture of him with the easter bunny, no luck. It was nice event that a local church sponsered. I didn't have to do any work. The boys are growing up so fast. These moments won't last long. Greatful for the many memories.

911

Today I had to make that dreadful call to 911. Blaze was crawling after Mckanzie and all of a sudden he starts crying. I guess he was going a little to fast for his legs and hit his head on our tile in our kitchen. I go to pick up the crying Blaze. He lays his head on me. Then his color changes and he is wanting to go to sleep. He went from slight purple to white. His whole body is limp, and I'm thinking he is dying. Panic I call 911, I'm not sure what is going on with him. The fire chief and Police cheif with the abumblence show up, you see they all know my husband and me. As soon as they arrive his color returns and he is acting like himself again. They tell me he might have stopped breating or had a seziure, or blackout. I was told I did the right thing. Scared the heck out of Cody, he got the page. Needless to say all is well, bad bump on his head, but checked out okay. Don't want that to happen again.

Oh and I was still in my PJ's. Good thing men are forgiving and they we're doing their job.

Caldwell Zoo in Tyler

On Tuesday my Mom and I took the boys to the Caldwell Zoo in Tyler Texas. It is a small zoo but I really enjoyed it. You can tell when kids are starting to out grow something. They showed no excitement. I just hope next year Blaze will enjoy going with me. I really liked the white tigers. They we're beautiful. If you are ever in the area you should check it out. You can pack a picnic lunch, cuts on cost. Here are some pictures.

So I better do this tag thing to have it over with.

20 years ago, well I was 13 years old, pimples, and at that really ackward stage of life. I was in seventh grade and had a crush on a guy who look like a biker dude. He had dark hair with a blonde streak across the top. Got over that one quick.

10 years ago, Cody and I have been married now 3 years and Dylan is almost 2 years old. Cody was working at Nordstroms and we got transfered from Texas to Simi Valley, California. He was a shoe buyer. I think I was also pregnant with Jacob.

5 years ago, Back in Texas just sold our home in Allen and we're living with my parents until our house was built. Had three kiddios. Cody has a new Job with Insurance. Only saw Cody on the weekends, due to the fact that my parents home was in Canton and his Job was in Plano. He stayed at his parents during the week, they live in Plano. It was a rough 6 months of juggling. Glad it is over.

It's my Birthday

So it's my birthday. Another year older, but I still feel very young. My sweet husband got me a MP3 player so when I go on my walks I have something to listen to. He is so thoughtful. Jacob gave me a card that he picked out. The other kids wished me well. Cody had each of them tell me why they like me for a mother. Dylan said "My cooking", Jacob said, "I'm nice ", and Riley seconded Dylan. So I guess they like my food. It's a good thing since we don't eat out as much. It is fun to have a family and watch them grow up to fine young men.

Snow inTexas

Well like clock work it snowed in March. This time we've recieved up to 5 inches of wonderful white snow. We tried to get the kids out of bed to see the snow coming down but the we're out cold. This morning since school was delayed two hours we let the kids play, the loved every minute of it. I think Cody enjoyed it more by the time he came in it was 11 a.m. Then after school he was their to help the kids build a snow fort. I tell you he is my big kid, But I love him.

Blaze didn't like the feel of the cold snow. Just a fun day.
